Get to know your hair length (refer to the chart ) and add about 4-5 inches to it. You now arrive at the length you should opt for. This will give you a very natural look. The length is measured from the ear downwards. Keep in mind the texture of your hair. If you need really long extensions for a special occasion, go all out and order 26 inches and above. These really look gorgeous with traditional ethnic outfits.
To choose the right volume you have to first decide the look you want to achieve. If it is for regular everyday wear a volume of 70-120gms is good enough to give you a natural look and will be comfortable to carry. If It is a for a fashion and glamour wear you can go 150-200gms of volume for really gorgeous locks of hair. (Needless to say the volume you choose entirely depends upon how much natural hair you have.)
Indian hair is usally jet black #1, natural black #1b, dark brown, light brown. You can match the hair extensions exactly to the shade of your natural hair. Alternatively you can choose to go one shade lighter or darker to create subtle highlights and give depth to your hair. Both options give gorgeous results.
HAPPIE HAIR need to be shampooed and conditioned after 10-12 wears. You can use any mild shampoo and then apply conditioner and leave it for 30min. Rinse it straight down with cold water. Always detangle it before wash from roots to top with a paddle brush. Gently pat dry with a towel and dry it naturally or with a dryer with cool setting. Always keep it on a flat surface while brushing like a bed, an ironing table or against your body and brush it gently from bottom to top. You can use a serum once in a while to add a gloss to your extensions as they do not get natural oils and nourishment from the scalp.
HAPPIE HAIR is made of 100% natural human hair, hence it can be styled ie ironed, tonged, curled and coloured. Always style them before attaching. Pls set the temperature at 160-180 degrees on the iron and tongs. You can use hair spray to protect the hair.
Clip on hair extensions should not be worn while swimming because the chlorine content in the water may damage the hair. It should ideally be removed before sleeping so that you are comfortable.
The clips have a silicone grip in it to gently attach to your natural hair. When clipped on properly you will not experience any discomfort. The pressure sensitive clips make sure that they will not come off unless you actually unclip them. The chances of them coming off are remote. Please watch the video on how to attach them securely.
